Catalyst
This dance performance was celebration of student choreography. I was part of four performances within the show and got to choreograph two of them. I choreographed a solo called "Pandora's Box". The wooden box began as the main catalyst for dance exploration. I too was like Pandora in the pursuit of happiness, exploring a range of experiences, situations, and emotions as I went through life. The second dance that I got to choreograph was called "Women in dresses". This choreography was dedicated to our moms. It was about three women with different personalities and how they all came together in the end to portray how strong and invencible they were. Even though choreographing was challenging, given that one needs to find the correct movements in order to convey a message, it was still a fun experience.
Spanish Club
The Spanish club meets every B day during lunch at the Stroth Center of the Frankfurt International School- Oberursel Campus. The club embraces different Hispanic cultures in Europe and Latin America. The purpose of the club is to share and educate our peers about Hispanic cultures. Currently, we are going to different restaurants to try meals from Mexico and Spain.
I have been involved in different activities throughout the year hosted by the club. I served food in the "Apple Fest" and been to different dinners. I've tried to get involve in every activity and will try to contribute more in the group.

Spanish Club Yr 2
Spanish organizes different activities throughout the year in order to promote the different culture that make the "Hispanic world". We go to different Hispanic restaurants, we do bake sales and members can decide if they want to go to the annual educational trip to Spain. My goal in the club this year was to teach people more about the culture in Puerto Rico as that is where I am from.
Charity Fashion Show
Charity Fashion Show was a student created project in collaboration with "Girl Up" to raise money in order to help and offer an education to girls in developing countries. Modeling is not something that I usually do. It was challenging because I had to learn how to walk properly on stage. By doing this I got to experience something fun that was outside my confort zone.
